ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Product sirf tabhi return ho sakta hai agar:
Galat product deliver hua ho.
Product defective ya damaged ho.
Size/variant galat deliver hua ho.
Product ko receive karne ke 7 din ke andar hume inform karna hoga.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Product unused, original packing mein aur tags intact hone chahiye.
Perfumes, cosmetics, undergarments ya customized items return nahi kiye ja sakte (hygiene & safety reasons ki wajah se).
Delivery charges non-refundable hain (sirf exceptional cases mein company cover karegi).
REFUND PROCESS
Aapka return receive aur inspect karne ke baad, hum aapko email/WhatsApp ke zariye status bata denge.
Agar approval milta hai to:
Refund 5-10 business days mein aapke original payment method par transfer kar diya jayega.
Cash on Delivery orders ke liye, refund bank transfer ya wallet credit ke zariye hoga.
EXCHANGES
Agar aap same product ka different size/color lena chahte hain to exchange possible hai (stock availability ke mutabiq).
Exchange ke liye bhi return policy ki conditions apply hongi.

Hygiene-sensitive products (cosmetics, perfumes, undergarments, skincare etc.)
RETURN SHIPPING
Customer ko return shipping cost khud bear karni hogi (agar galti customer ki ho).
Agar mistake ZXStore ki ho (defective ya wrong item), to shipping cost hum cover karenge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order tabhi cancel ho sakta hai jab tak product dispatch nahi hua.
Dispatch ke baad cancellation possible nahi hogi.
